Shadow Data Swarm

Status: Planned / conceptual. The Shadow Data Swarm is a roadmap concept and is not yet implemented on-chain. This document describes the intended design. Strategy validation and execution on the live protocol are handled today by the on-chain ExecutionRouter, StrategyRegistry, and Base-Rate Governor (the components that together make up the Autonomous Trading Engine, or ATE; an umbrella term, not a standalone service).

The Shadow Data Swarm is a proposed decentralized network of nodes that would work together to validate and backtest trading strategies before they are approved for deployment through the Autonomous Trading Engine (ATE).

Validation Funnel

The Shadow Data Swarm is designed to maintain rigorous validation standards: only a small fraction of submitted strategies would pass initial Shadow Swarm testing, and only a fraction of those would advance to live deployment. The intent is to ensure that only robust, vetted strategies are approved to manage user capital.

The validation funnel above describes the planned design. No production survival-rate figures are published here, because the Shadow Data Swarm is not yet live; any illustrative numbers will be sourced and dated once the system is in operation.
